Türkiye’s first national UAV, Bayraktar TB2, has achieved a historic milestone, completing 1 million flight hours since its introduction in 2014. It is the first Turkish aircraft to reach this benchmark, underscoring its significance in Turkish aviation history.
Covering approximately 150 million kilometers, equivalent to circling the Earth 3,742 times, Bayraktar TB2 has proven its reliability and performance in conflict zones such as Libya, Nagorno-Karabakh, and Ukraine. Its success has positioned Turkey as a global leader in UAV exports, surpassing competitors from the US, Israel, and China.
