Governor of Türkiye’s Nevşehir province Ali Fidan announced that the Cappadocia region, one of the country’s important tourism destinations, was visited by approximately 340,000 local and foreign tourists in the first two months of the year, which is 10 percent more than 2024.
“When we look at reservations throughout the year in general, we predict that 2025 will be another successful and very productive year. We expect new records to be broken in terms of accommodation, participation in balloon tours and other tourism activities,” Fidan added.
