Türkiye’s Tunceli is experiencing both winter and spring together in the last days of the winter. While the high-lying Pülümür and Ovacık districts of the city are still under snow, the blessing of spring is observed in other districts, like Çemişgezek.
Meanwhile, although there is snow in some districts, many citizens complain that the precipitation in general is lower than in previous years.
”Snowfall is always important for us because wildlife, dams, and water resources are generally fed by snow and rain. That’s why snowfall is very important for us,” said a Pülümür local.
