Two dead bodies were reportedly found on the landing gear of a passenger plane that took off from John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York in the US at 20:20 local time on Monday night and landed at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport in Florida at around 23:10.
The individuals, whose identities have not yet been confirmed, are believed to be Jamaican citizens who boarded illegally from Jamaica, where the plane spent Sunday night before the flight.
An unnamed source from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey reported that preliminary investigations showed that the illegal passengers did not board the plane at John F. Kennedy International Airport.
Two weeks ago in the US, a body was also found on the landing gear of a United Airlines plane that flew from Chicago to the Hawaiian island of Maui.
