The humanitarian crisis continues in the Gaza Strip, where Israel continues its attacks. The Palestinian Red Crescent stated that a 75-year-old woman and a 45-day-old baby girl at El Amal Hospital died because the hospital ran short of oxygen supplies. The casualties were buried in the garden of the hospital after funerals.
Russia and Ukraine carried out their 64th prisoner exchange, with 205 detainees returned on each side, the Russian Defense Ministry announced.
The released Russian soldiers were transported to Belarus for medical and psychological care. All will undergo further treatment and rehabilitation under the Russian Defense Ministry. The United Arab Emirates mediated the exchange, with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanking the UAE for its role.
