two men rescue stuck driver submerged in chinese river

A driver who fell into the river in Nantong city in eastern China’s Jiangsu province got rescued by two men around the river. Approaching the nearly submerged vehicle with a boat after long efforts, the two broke the vehicles window and removed the driver to the boat.
