Firefighters and rescue teams swiftly responded, extinguishing the fire and attending to three individuals with minor injuries. The Voronezh Governor, Aleksandr Gusev, confirmed that the injured individuals are receiving treatment in hospitals. Kremlin Spokesperson Dmitriy Peskov pointed blame at Ukraine, accusing them of attacking civilian buildings.
