Russian Defense Ministry Spokesperson Igor Konashenkov said that Ukrainian targets were hit with strategic missiles, “Kalibr missiles destroyed the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ artillery arsenal and ammunition depot in the Chernihiv Region Priluki settlement area. Furthermore, 11 military gatherings with air-launched high-precision missiles and military equipment areas, 3 grad rocket launch systems in residential areas, rocket launch areas, and artillery unit firing ranges were shelled. More than 350 Ukrainian soldiers, three command centers, 13 tanks and grad rocket launch systems, 14 howitzers and mortars, and 22 special armored vehicles were destroyed,” he said
Konashenkov added that during the retreat of Ukrainian army units following the military operations in the Novomihaylovka settlement area of Donetsk, some soldiers wanted to surrender while holding white flags, but 32 of them were killed by Ukrainian soldiers.
