Ukraine carried out drone attacks on different regions of Russia at night, causing at least 2 explosions and a fire in an oil refinery in the Ryazan region. Ryazan Regional Governor said that according to preliminary information, there were no injuries in the attack.

It was reported that the Kursk and Voronezh regions close to the Ukrainian border, were also hit but no damage or injuries occurred.

The refinery, operated by the oil company Rosneft, has been attacked many times by Ukraine.
