A Ukrainian drone attack on Russia’s Rostov region overnight killed three people and caused fires, Russian officials said. In Rostov-on-Don, a cargo ship docked at a pier was struck and caught fire, with emergency crews preventing an oil spill, according to local authorities. Governor Yuri Slyusar said two crew members died in the ship attack, while another person was killed and seven injured when homes caught fire in Bataysk. Damage assessments are ongoing, officials added.
