Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that the Chkalovske settlement in Kharkiv has been taken over again. According to the Kyiv administration, Ukrainian soldiers, attacking in the direction of Kherson and Kharkov, have regained control of more than 3,000 square kilometers of area from the Russians since the beginning of September. The Ukrainian army is still repelling attacks after 200 days of war.
“Another freed settlement! Thanks to the 14th separate mechanized brigade named after Prince Roman the Great, the Ukrainian flag returned to Chkalovske, Kharkiv region,” Zelensky says.
“in the Kharkiv direction, we started advancing not only to the south and east, but also to the north. There are 50 km left to reach the state border.” says Valeriy Zaluzhnyi, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
