A Ukrainian drone attack targeted Russia’s largest oil refinery on the Black Sea in Tuapse, Krasnodar region, causing significant damage and a loud explosion. Flames and smoke were visible in the aftermath.
The attack hit a Rosneft oil refinery, with the local government confirming that the resulting fire was brought under control and there were no casualties.
The Russian Ministry of Defense condemned the strike as an act of terrorism. They reported that air defense systems intercepted a total of 75 drones overnight, including eight near Tuapse.
