In Türkiye’s Sivas province, where the Siberian cold is felt, the air temperature dropped to 10 degrees below zero. The surface of Ulaş Lake, which is about 30 kilometers away from the city center and is home to many wild birds, has partially frozen. The appearance of ducks and cormorants swimming in the unfrozen part of the lake created impressive images.
