US President Joe Biden visited Kentucky, USA to inspect the tornado destruction on Wednesday, where 71 people were dead. Biden visited Mayfield, and later Dawson Springs, which is mostly destroyed, including homes and businesses. Addressing state and local officials in Mayfield, Biden pledged to support rebuilding and recovery efforts. “I intend to do whatever it takes as long as it takes to support your state, your local leaders and as you recover and rebuild because you will recover and you will rebuild. The scope of this destruction is almost beyond belief” Biden said during the brief press at the destruction site.
