US Secretary of State Antony Blinken played the guitar

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken attended the “Global Music Diplomacy Initiative” program held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. At the opening event, Minister Blinken sang blues artist Muddy Waters’ song “Hoochie Coochie Man” with guitar accompaniment. Blinken, who shared the video of the moments he played the guitar on his social media account, said, “I couldn’t miss this night, which gave the opportunity to combine music and diplomacy. “It was a great pleasure to launch the Ministry’s new Global Music Diplomacy Initiative,” he said.
Global Music Diplomacy aims to use music as a “diplomatic tool” to promote peace and democracy.
