Israel has launched a limited ground operation in southern Lebanon, with air support targeting Hezbollah positions. The Israeli army also struck a refugee camp and military facilities, resulting in civilian casualties. Meanwhile, the UAE announced a $100 million aid package for Lebanon, stressing the need to prevent further escalation.
