The Atlas V rocket, which will carry the US’s secret military payload into space within the scope of the “USSF-51” mission, was successfully launched from the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in the US state of Florida at 13:45 local time.

It is known that ULA, which was established in 2006 as a partnership between Lockheed Martin and Boeing and whose main customers are NASA and the US Department of Defense, has previously sent communication satellites and other space vehicles belonging to the US military into orbit.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said peace talks between Russia and Ukraine have been suspended, noting that while communication channels remain open, “it would be more accurate to say there has been a pause.”
