Although the air temperature rises to spring normals in the low altitude regions, winter continues in the higher regions of Türkiye’s Van. While inverted tulips heralding spring in Gevaş district and almond trees in Tuşba district are blooming, meters tall snow masses still block roads in the Karabet Pass at an altitude of 3,000 meters on the Van-Bahçesaray road.
