Van Metropolitan Municipality in Türkiye is adding a new social area that will change the city’s landscape. The ‘Toprakkale Observation Terrace Project’, situated on one of Toprakkale’s prominent hills, offers a natural setting for visitors to enjoy the unique city view. This initiative, led by the Department of Technical Affairs, includes a 2-storey, 900-square-meter observation deck. The project, aimed at enhancing the city’s tourism, features cafes, restaurants, prayer rooms, and administrative facilities. The ongoing development encompasses landscaping, lighting, and afforestation efforts to complement the scenic beauty and offer a pleasant cafe and restaurant experience.
