People looting a garbage container in Russia sparked anger on social network. Footage shows mostly elderly people competing to collect expired foods and vegetables thrown away by a grocery shop in the city of Novosibirsk, Russia. People reacted against Russian government as poverty and inequality of income in the country increases.
Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed the deputies after the elections held in September last year, emphasizing that the most fundamental problem in his country is poverty and injustice in income distribution. Making recommendations to the newly elected deputies, Putin demanded that all regions of his country pay attention to production, income inequality and social issues.
