A Mongolia-registered general cargo ship capsized in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam which is going from Ho Chi Minh City to Indonesia. Eighteen containers slipped from the ship into the Soai Rap river. No injuries were reported in the accident.
An investigation is ongoing.
