A volcano located near the town of Grindavik on Iceland’s Reykjanes Peninsula erupted yesterday at 23:14 local time. The volcano, which erupted for the 7th time since December, spewed lava and ash and formed a 3-kilometer-long crack in the Sundhnukur crater.
On the other hand, the last eruption at the volcano occurred on August 22 and ended on September 6.
