Severe wildfires broke out in the southern regions of France on Monday. More than 10 roads were closed, and 7,000 people were evacuated. While land and air crew participated in the extinguishing efforts, one killed, and 6,700 hectares of land were burnt out. More than 10 highways were closed to traffic except for emergency use.
