A woman and a child stuck in their car rescued from the flood emerged in Mexico’s Sonora State. The flood emerging in the several cities in Sonora State caused automobiles in traffic to be dragged away. Being stuck in one of the cars the two got rescued with the help of other citizens around.

Cajeme, Guaymas, Empalme, Navojoa, Nogales cities are the other areas that are affected by the flood and declared as under state of emergency. Search and rescue teams are looking for another lost victim in Nogales.

Zakharova clarified that Medinsky was discussing the humanitarian aspect of the conflict and urged against misinterpreting his words. Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry criticized Medinsky’s comments and reminded that Russia’s official stance recognizes Karabakh as Azerbaijani territory.
