A 36-year-old woman named Ece Gürel, who went missing in the Belgrade Forest in Istanbul, Türkiye, on Sunday, March 2, lost her life in the hospital she was taken to after she was found.
Gürel, who was found asleep and conscious in the forest after four days, was taken to a hospital with minor injuries and detected to have suffered hypothermia due to being in the cold for a long time. Although her heart stopped, she was brought back to life with the intervention of doctors.
