The roof of a shopping mall in Tijuana, Mexico collapsed, killing an elderly man. According to initial reports, the roof collapsed due to strong wind and heavy rain. Footage taken from security camera shows a woman narrowly escaped death as the roof collapsed. At least 600 people were evacuated from the shopping mall, and 4 others who were trapped under the rubble were rescued.
