Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar was met with protests in Berlin during talks with German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul. Demonstrators from human rights and civil society groups gathered outside the Foreign Ministry, denouncing Israel’s actions in Gaza and demanding Germany halt arms sales to Israel. Protesters accused Saar of war crimes and criticized Germany for its continued military support, chanting slogans like “Stop the genocide” and “Germany finances, Israel bombs.” Despite the protest, Wadephul reiterated Germany’s commitment to supplying arms to Israel.
