The heartwarming friendship between fisherman Adem Yılmaz and Yaren the stork in Eskikaraağaç village, representing Türkiye in the European Stork Villages Association, has captivated millions. Yaren the stork has visited Adem’s boat every migration season for the past 12 years. This year, however, Yaren’s wife, Nazlı, joined the scene, creating a delightful reunion. Yet, complications arose as black cats disrupted the camaraderie between Adem and Yaren. Despite the challenges, Adem patiently waits each morning with a fish in hand, hoping for Yaren’s return to their boat, even as Yaren and Nazlı enjoy sunny moments in their nest, captured by a drone.
