Young Muhammed recovered from rubble 79 hours after earthquake

Gendarmerie Search and Rescue Teams rescued 12-year-old Muhammed alive 79 hours after the earthquake, during their search and rescue on the wreckage of the 5-storey building collapsed in the earthquake in the Elbistan district of Kahramanmaraş, Türkiye. Muhammed, whose first aid was made by the medical teams, was later taken to the hospital by ambulance. Rescue efforts continue for Muhammed’s mother and sister, who are currently trapped under the rubble.
