109th Çanakkale Victory Commemorated in Baku Ceremony

A commemoration ceremony marking the 109th anniversary of the Çanakkale Victory took place at the Turkish Martyrs’ Cemetery in Baku, Azerbaijan. Attendees included Türkiye’s Ambassador to Baku Cahit Bağcı, military officials, representatives of Turkish institutions in Azerbaijan, business figures, and embassy staff. Ambassador Bağcı laid a wreath at the Martyrs’ Memorial, observed a moment of silence, and the national anthems were played. In his speech, Bağcı highlighted the historic significance of the Çanakkale Victory and honored the sacrifices made by individuals from Azerbaijani lands and Anatolia during that time.
