14-Year-Old Injured in Türkiye Construction Accident

A 14-year-old boy suffered severe injuries when a construction elevator’s rope snapped, causing a door to fall on him in Mardin, Türkiye. The accident, captured on a security camera, occurred as the boy was passing by the building under construction. Emergency Health teams swiftly responded, transporting the seriously injured young man to Kızıltepe State Hospital. The footage reveals the young man playing with construction pieces on the sidewalk before realizing the impending danger and attempting to escape. An investigation into the incident has been initiated.
