150 people hospitalized after gas leak at laboratory in India

A gas leak occurred in a pharmaceutical laboratory located in Anakapalle, Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. After the incident, rescue teams arrived at the scene and evacuated the workers and took them to hospitals. “So far, 150 people have been hospitalized and are under observation,” Anakapalle Paramedic Hemant Annabathula said in a statement. Meanwhile, the cause of the leak isn’t known yet.
