According to the statement of Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar, among 4 million Syrians who fled to Türkiye due to the 12-year war in their country, 20,000 are returning back after the severe earthquakes that hit Kahramanmaraş and Hatay. The migrants are waiting at the Cilvegözü border gate in the Hatay province to leave the country.
