The citizens of Argentina, a southern hemisphere country, are battling heavy snowfall. A snowfall that lasted 28 hours in the country’s ski region, Las Leñas, caused vehicles to be stranded on clogged roads. Efforts to open the highways continue with construction equipment.
The meteorology department stated that heavy snowfall would continue in Las Lenas and warned citizens not to travel there.
