A bomb attack has been organized in Anarkali Bazaar located at Lahor city in Pakistan’s state of Punjab. After the explosion, police teams and ambulances were deployed on the scene. According to the police reports, 3 people lost their lives and 22 been injured in the attack. The windows of the surrounding buildings were shattered by the force of the explosion, while the surrounding area turned into war zone.
Police investigations on the scene are ongoing.
Hundreds of thousands of Iranians took to the streets after Friday prayers to protest Israel’s recent attacks on the country. The largest gatherings occurred in the capital, Tehran, where demonstrators marched following prayers at Tehran University.
High-ranking officials, including Iran’s Constitutional Court head Gholam Hossein Mohseni Ejei and former IRGC commander Major General Mohammad Ali Jafari, joined the protest. Participants waved Iranian, Palestinian, and resistance group flags, and trampled on Israeli and US flags laid on the ground.
Protesters held banners reading “Down with Israel”, “Down with the US”, and “The Zionist regime will be destroyed”, while chanting slogans such as “We stand behind our leader”, “Everyone who clashed with Khamenei will eventually be destroyed”, and “Our right to nuclear weapons”.
