5.9 magnitude earthquake hits southeast of Australia

A 5.9 magnitude earthquake hit the state of Victoria in the southeast of Australia. The epicenter of the earthquake was the town of Mansfield, 190 kilometers northeast of Melbourne. The earthquake, which lasted for about 20 seconds, was felt in the city center of Melbourne. While some houses and workplaces were damaged, no loss of life reported.
