A fire broke out at a plastic recycling factory in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA. The smoke has moved to the southeast part of the city and parts of the South Valley due to the wind, according to authorities. It was also stated that the gas released by the burning products is dangerous to breathe in. No injuries were reported.

Sirens were activated in Tel Aviv following a ballistic missile attack launched by the Iranian-backed Houthis in Yemen. The missile also triggered alerts in parts of the West Bank and areas near Jerusalem.
Air traffic at Ben Gurion Airport was temporarily suspended as a precaution. The Israeli military announced that the missile was intercepted by air defense systems, and there were no reports of casualties or damage.
