Members of the Yüksekova Ecological Platform Mountaineering and Sports Club Association (YEKDASDER) hiked to the glacial lakes in Hakkari’s Şemdinli district. During the hike around the refreshing area, the visitors captured magnificent frames that will take your breath away.
“The high altitude here is 3,400 meters. This lake is unique for being the largest lake in Hakkari. The walking route in this region is approximately 6 hours long and is worth seeing. It is possible to experience two seasons on the same day here,” said Suat Öztekin, President of YEKDASDER.
