A man in Madrid was arrested by the police for sexually harassing a female television reporter, Isa Balado, during a live broadcast. The incident occurred while Balado was reporting on a workplace attack for the Spanish Cuatro television channel. The man inappropriately touched Balado on camera, which was witnessed by viewers and the program team. The host, Nacho Abad, intervened upon realizing the situation, and Balado confirmed the harassment. The harasser was arrested by the police after the incident was reported, and the Spanish National Police shared footage of his apprehension on social media.
The Palestinian Health Ministry reported that Israel’s attacks on Gaza have killed 62,895 people and injured 158,927 since October 7, 2023. In the last 24 hours alone, 76 people were killed and 298 injured.
At aid distribution points, deaths have risen to 2,158, with nearly 16,000 wounded. The ministry also said 10 more civilians, including two children, died of starvation, bringing Gaza’s hunger-related death toll to 313.
