Ukraine carried out a rocket attack on the Russian city of Belgorod, heavily damaging a shopping mall that had a pharmacy and a market in it. According to initial information shared by Belgorod Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov, 5 people, including one child, died and 18 others, including another 5 children, were injured.
The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that their defense system shot down 14 RM-70 Vampire MLRS missiles over the region.
