With coming of winter season, Karlıova district of Bingöl city covered by snow after sudden hit by heavy snowfall on Wednesday night. While snow depth exceeded 20 centimeters from place to place in the district, children enjoy the snowfall again as usual. Also children at schools enjoyed the weather and had fun while playing snowball with their schoolmates at breaktimes. While it became an entertainment to children, snow gave shopkeepers and drivers hard time on the other hand. After opening, shopkeepers shoveled piles of snow from their shops front and drivers remove snow from their cars windows with help of brushes.

A P-3 patrol aircraft belonging to the South Korean Navy crashed just 7 minutes after taking off from a military base in Pohang for a training flight. The plane went down at 13:50 local time for reasons yet unknown. Authorities confirmed that four military personnel were on board, and their condition remains under investigation. The South Korean Ministry of Defense stated that no civilians were harmed and that inquiries into the cause of the crash are ongoing. Smoke was seen rising from the crash site.
