Hundreds of flamingos flying over Lake Erçek in Türkiye’s Van during sunset formed a spectacular sight yesterday.
Numerous flamingos accommodate in Lake Van during the summer months while migrating from Iran’s Lake Urmia to Africa.
The Lake Van basin hosts approximately 250 of the approximately 450 bird species in Türkiye.
