The Turkish Embassy in Damascus has reopened following the end of the Assad regime in Syria. The Turkish flag was raised in the embassy garden.
The Turkish Embassy in Damascus stopped operating on March 26, 2012, after providing service for a while during the period when the Bashar Assad regime used violence against Syrian opposition protesters.
