The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported that a missile attack from Yemen to Israel was carried out and that the missile was shot down by defense systems at night. It was also stated that the remains of the missile fell near the city of Modiin.
Israeli media reported that 20 people were slightly injured as they fled to shelters after sirens were sounded across the country.
The attack is expected to be claimed by the Iranian-backed Houthis in Yemen.
