US President Donald Trump arrived in South Korea, the third stop on his Asian tour, and was welcomed with full military honors in Busan. After meeting President Lee Jae Myung in Gyeongju, Trump was presented with the Grand Order of Mugunghwa, South Korea’s highest state honor, as well as a replica of the historic Cheonmachong golden crown.
The ceremony marked a symbolic gesture of friendship between Washington and Seoul ahead of Trump’s scheduled meetings on regional cooperation and defense ties.
