Trump Pledges Gaza Disarmament At ‘Board of Peace’ Signing

Donald Trump said the US is committed to the disarmament, governance, and reconstruction of Gaza at the signing ceremony of the Board of Peace in Davos, Switzerland. Speaking on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum, Trump said the board, initially formed for Gaza, has been expanded to address broader international disputes. “We are committed to ensuring the disarmament of Gaza, its proper governance, and its beautiful reconstruction,” he said, calling it a “grand plan.” Trump said many countries want to join the initiative and noted that cooperation would include the United Nations. He also cited progress on Ukraine talks and highlighted economic gains during the first year of his second term.
