Three Dead in Swiss Alps Plane Crash

A plane crash in the Swiss Alps has claimed the lives of three people, including two British nationals, after their small aircraft struck a mountainside. The Cirrus SR22T plane went down on Tuesday afternoon in the Fluhalp area, near the resort town of Leukerbad in the Valais canton. According to local police, the aircraft had originally departed from Lugano and made a brief stopover at Sion Airport before the accident.
