Pro-Russian militias hit kindergarten in eastern Ukraine

A rocket fired by pro-Russian militias hit a kindergarten in the Luhansk region, Ukraine’s Defense Ministry announced. “A rocket fired by terrorists during heavy artillery fire hit the kindergarten. According to preliminary information, 2 civilians were injured. Also, the infrastructure of the city was damaged. Half of the city was left without electricity. The civilians in the shelters were urgently evacuated by the Ukrainian Armed Forces,” the defense ministry said in a statement. According to Ukrainian media, 2 teachers were injured in the attack.
