In the city of Temixco, located in the Mexican state of Morelos, a Beechraft King Air 90 type small aircraft crashed onto a supermarket. In a statement made by the Morelos Civil Defense officials, it was reported that 3 people on the plane lost their lives as a result of the accident. Authorities noted that a total of 5 people were injured, one of which was on the plane, and the other four were customers of the supermarket. The injured were taken to the hospital to be treated. It was reported that those who lost their lives in the accident were 47-year-old Mauricio, the pilot of the plane, 34-year-old co-pilot Paulina and 46-year-old passenger Alejandra. An investigation into the incident has been initiated.
