The Lake Cildir, which surface is covered with a 25-centimeter ice sheet and located in Ardahan, Turkey, offers wide variety beauties and excitements to its visitors. There are also people on Lake Cildir participating in sleigh rides and some even carrying out demonstrations with their cars. In addition to that, the Ardahan University (ARU) Technical Sciences Vocational School Lecturer Özkan Karadavut performed a whirling dervish show on the ice-covered lake surface for the promotion of Cildir Lake and the region. “The surface of Lake Cildir is completely frozen. We also held a show on this lake that hosts many domestic and foreign tourists,” Karadavut said.
